Hiring Criteria
- Must Possess a Valid Class A CDL License
- Must Possess a Current DOT Medical Card
- Must be at least 23 years of age
- Must have 2 Years Verifiable Tractor Trailer Driving Experience
- Must have a Stable Work History
- Must have No Open Violations in DOT Drug/Alcohol Clearinghouse
- Must pass ERGO (Ergonomics Test) after Job Offer
- Must not have more than 2 Incidents/2 Moving Violations within the Past 3 Years
- Must not have any Preventable DOT Recordable Accidents in the Past 3 Years
- Must not have any DUI/DWI/OUI’s on Driving Record Ever in a Commercial Motor Vehicle or Five Years in a Non-Commercial Vehicle
- Must not have any Drug Convictions, Positive Drug Screens or Refusals
- Must not have any major infractions
- Manslaughter
- Assault Involving a Motor Vehicle
- Unlawful Use of a Motor Vehicle
- Racing
- Leaving the Scene of an Accident
- Attempting to Evade a Police Officer
- Hand-Held Device Violation
- Driving While License Suspended or Revoked
- Speeding Over 15 mph or more
- Improper Lane Change
- Following Too Close
- Driving Without a CDL
- Must not have any Careless/Reckless Driving Convictions in Past 3 Years
- Must not have any Suspensions due to Moving Violations
Driver Compensation and Benefits
- Pay
- 23% (1st year of Service)
- 24% (2nd year of Service)
- 25% (3rd year of Service)
- Drivers are Currently Averaging $1900+/week
- Paid Weekly
- Home Time
- Local, Home Daily
- Regional, Home Weekly
- Assigned Truck
- No Touch Freight
- No Endorsements Needed
